Preliminary advice and after-sale assistance constitute the foundations of Pircher's complete customer service.
The preliminary advice allows you to identify the most suitable system for each specific setting. Afterwards, it is possible to enter a “Scheduled Technical Assistance Contract” with Pircher to ensure the efficiency and safety of the plant over time. The contract provides the control and maintenance of the plant every six-months (twice a year). You are able to request additional assistance interventions throughout the year, up to a maximum of four times (one every three months). At the end of the visit, the technician releases the "Technical Service Report" which must be shown to whom it may concern upon explicit request.
